不能恢复controfile 文件

背景：
主机A：安装9.2oracle 数据库在soalris 8
主机B：OS：solaris
主机C：legato 备份服务器
平常主机A上的数据库通过legato备份到磁带机上；
现在准备从磁带机上恢复数据库到主机B上

restore controlfile to '/tmp/rf01.ctl'from 'cf_501_1789000';

出错信息：
ora-27191 sbtinfo2 returned error

数据库在nomount 状态
