Senior IT Manager - Business Systems

DGM – IT
Responsibilities

Reporting to DGM – IT, manage a team of 8 analysts and coordinate the development, implementation and roll-out of business application projects to meet operational needs.

Lead and drive implementation of business applications such as sales, leasing, customer service, cost control management, point-of-sales and business intelligence systems, and development of e-business applications like Enterprise Portal and Community Forum systems.

Head and orchestrate projects to meet the business and IT requirements within the cost and schedule constraint.

Form partnership with business user community to ensure effective utilization of IT resource.
Requirement
-
University Degree with minimum 12 years’ relevant working experience, with at least 6 years in management position.

Have solid enterprise application development and implementation experience, familiar with project management methodology and process.

Strong technical background in Microsoft .NET ASP/SQL/Sharepoint Portal and e-business applications.

Hands-on working style with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team spirit and adaptability, good people management and team motivation skills.

Must be a performance driven individual with strong sense of integrity and teamwork.

Prior experience in mainland China is a must, with fluent oral and written English and Mandarin.

Experience in retail and facility management industry is preferred.
