难道９Ｉ之前的cache buffers chains 可以 shareable for read/write

Serve a single purpose: to provide exclusive access to memory structures. (Starting in Oracle9i Database, the cache buffers chains latches are shareable for read-only.)

before 9i,even read-only can NOT be shared , let alone read-write .
I guess this is the original guys' idea.

事实上就算是读也还是会有cache buffers chains等待的，只是有一定程度的减轻
