rman复制数据库的一个问题

用rman复制数据库，副本数据库clne的参数文件已经建好，可以start nomount。而且副本数据库的监听也已配好，可以用ome连接上。但是在rman中要进行复制时，当用命令RMAN> connect auxiliary sys/sys@clne连接副本数据库时，却出现错误：error from auxiliary database: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
在metalink上有这方面的错误，但没有给出相应的solution，清高人们给分析一下原因吧，谢谢了！

具体怎么设置啊？不大懂。
orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwCLNE password=sys entries=4
是用这个命令创建的passwd file的

Are you using WINDOWS?
It looks like your steps are right:
- create driectories for CLNE database
- create pfile of CLNE( two converts)
- create password file is exact as your stated
BUT FOR WINDOWS, BESIDES ABOVE (UNIX STEPS)
- oradim -new -sid CLNE -intpwd CLNE
then start nomount CLNE, start connect target/catalog/auxiliary and
run duplicate target database to CLNE command.

不是，我的是linux环境，不知道需不需要这个步骤？

No, linux does not need this oradim.
try re-create password file on the CLNE server
orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapwCLNE password=sys entries=4

远程登录的密码文件已经建过了，remote_login_passwordfile 也已设为EXCLUSIVE，但还是不行，仍出上面的错误。

再检查一遍
1。确认ORACLE_SID是 CLNE ? 大小写敏感
2。确认 tnsnames 的配置指向正确的 instance
3。确认remote_login_passwordfile 已经生效
