客户那里报数据库性能有些问题，
从TOP EVENT的报告来看主要是LATCH出了问题，这里是LATCH的明细。主要集中在library cache，shared pool ，cache buffers chains 这三项，cache buffers chains我知道，但前两项主要是由于什么原因引起的，是shared pool不够吗，谢谢。
