CONTEXT_NAME 需要替换为实际的参数
版本早与11.5.8的CONTEXT_NAME ＝
11.5.8以后的CONTEXT_NAME ＝_
例如你的HOSTNAME=HOST1
你的SID＝ORACLE
那么CONTEXT_NAME替换为ORACLE
或者ORACLE_HOST1
