OB08 修改汇率后, 怎么才能查出是谁修改的呢?

it means no change made to exchange rate

you can have a test
ob08 to change any exchange rate listed in table, then see the menu path: utilities->change logs
you will find the detail information of content you just made

我们的系统Basis 那边 log table没有open, 所以查不到相关记录.
