?Must have strong problem solving and analysis skills.
?Knowledge of C++ Programming
?Strong debugging and development skills on different UNIX platforms (e.g. AIX, HP-UX, Solaris) and Windows platform
?Experience with Tuxedo, enterprise client/server programming is desirable
?Experience with mainframe programming is a plus
?Ability to promote a high level of customer satisfaction by providing thorough and useful information
?Ability to follow-through and complete calls and projects independently, as well as actively participate in team-based activities and group projects
?Good understanding of software development process
?Good English language skills (CET-6), both spoken and written
