PURPOSE:
This article discusses the internal error "ORA-600 [kghalo2]", what

DESCRIPTION:
This error is raised when we are trying to allocate a memory chunk.
Oracle performs some basic checks and finds the chunk is too large.

Implements heap manager
IMPACT:
PROCESS FAILURE
NON CORUPTIVE - No underlying data corruption.
