Question about dump logfile

I want dump logfile to see details, but i am new to oracle, so i need someone to help.
I use this command :
> ALTER SYSTEM DUMP LOGFILE 'FileName';
But it takes a lot of time, i never have patient to wait it.so is there anything wrong?Where or which
dictionarary should i see the dumped file?

还需要加上BLOCK ID吧

Yes, but in my mind block id is a option, right?
ALTER SYSTEM DUMP LOGFILE 'FileName'
SCN MIN MinimumSCN
SCN MAX MaximumSCN
TIME MIN MinimumTime
TIME MAX MaximumTime
LAYER Layer
OPCODE Opcode
DBA MIN FileNumber . BlockNumber
DBA MAX FileNumber . BlockNumber
RBA MIN LogFileSequenceNumber . BlockNumber
RBA MAX LogFileSequenceNumber . BlockNumber;

但是一个LOGFILE包含很多BLOCK如果不+BLOCK ID的话当然会花很长时间拉

Yeap, I know it.
I will try to set some options. But where can i find the dumped file?
background_dump_dest?
user_dump_dest?
core_dump_dest?
I havn't get anything yet.

$oracle_home\admin\SID\udump\*.trc中没有吗?

Thank you, i found it anyway.
The file content is quite cryptic, I should do much reverse-engineer work, i don't know if it worths.

你可以使用TKPROF整理一下啊,不要直接看啊,直接看很乱的
