1. Open the cube model in Transformer, in menu, choose 'Digram' --> 'Show Digram', remove any existing categories which generated from last time(don't remove any manual categories if you have);
2. re-generate the cube see if the problem still occurs.
If the problem still occurs, I would suggest you try to narrow the problem either in your data source or the dimensions which you defined.
