创建逻辑standby控制文件出错，为什么啊？帮忙看一下！

run those 2 files with the sysdba in the server:
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/dbmslm.sql
$ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/dbmslmd.sql

alter database create standby controlfile as '/u01/oradata/lstandby.ctl';
这样不行吗
