职责描述：
1. 在研发中心承担与技术相关的工作任务, 包括对PeopleTool、Application Designer, SOA, Reporting tool, XML Publisher, Integration Broker等的配置和测试。同时为Functional Engineer提供技术支持，对遇到的问题进行追踪和解决。
2．参与对美国客户的咨询项目，作为PeopleSoft开发人员为客户提供客户化开发, 包括做页面，写报表、开发Application Engine, 写PeopleCode, 做接口、处理数据等。
职位要求:

Position: PM/项目经理 （1人）

Responsibility:
1.
Responsible for providing the final project plan, including project life cycle model, project milestone, workload and resources, project resource plan, and final project plan; Responsible for preparing the project kicking off meeting materials, and the project kick off meeting, defining the methodologies, identifying the customer’s detail requirements, and confirming of the final customer requirements;
2.
Responsible for the production going live and post production support
3.
Participate in gathering customer requirements, collecting client’s high-level requirements, answering client’s questions, defining the project budget plan, setting up the project team, analyzing and assessing the change request.
4.
Participate in the project proposal drafting, including providing tech support for the bidding meetings.
5.
Participate in the resource fulfillment, and the resource management
6.
Responsible for the team building
7.
Responsible for customer relationship managerment and be awareness of the result of the customer satisfaction survey.
Qualification:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Business fields, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
2.
At least 3+ years experience as a project manager in ERP products in IT or IT Outsourcing industry. Ample experience of consultation and actualization ralated in HR field has experience of Peoplesoft HR format who will be given top cnsideration.
3.
Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills; Strong verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English;

Extensive IT project management experiences; Excellent planning and problem solving skills; Excellent in daily operation management skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
1．
Participate in customer’s requirements gathering.
2．
Responsible for in project proposal drafting, compose SOW and proposals.
3．
Working with the sales teams, mainly regional sales directors, to provide expert services to pre-sales activities such as demos, Proof Of Concepts, Cost Benefits Analisys etc.
Responding to Invitation To Tenders, RFPs and RFIs.
4．
Conducting on-site business focused consulting to review a prospect’s or a customer’s existing operational processes to recommend an optimal process that utilises the pertinent products of the CRM
5． Acting as the handover point from Sales to Professional Services
6． Training of partners and internal sales consultants regarding the use and demonstration of the CRM products
7． Providing technical support to the Solution Consultants during the pre-sale phases.
8． Undertaking ad-hoc projects and activities, as directed by the Director of Solution/Delivery teams - NA (e.g. Industry overview documents, new sales materials)
9．
Responsible for analyze/assess customer requirements and requirement changes.
10．
Participate in establishing project budget plan/life cycle/milestone/workload /resource plan, and project team.
11．
Participate in methodologies defining.
12．
Participate in onsite/offsite customer relationship management.
13．
Pay attention to customer satisfaction survey results.

Requirements:

1、 B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent - Preferable. MBA * Advantage.
2、Strong desire to work in pre-sales mode with new products.
3. 2 years of hands-on experience with the implementation/pre-sales of enterprise CRM applications (Siebel, PeopleSoft, SAP, or Microsoft MBA)

4、2 years experience working with Visual Basic. VB.Net. C++ - preferable.
5、Experience with Database
6、Experience with development of Web-based business applications, using XML, ASP, and VBScript.
7、 Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
8、Stong desire and ability to travel

10、 Experience working in mobile workforce, field service, scheduling, dispatch of field service techs preferable, not required. Experience in enterprise solutions required.
