V$FAST_START_TRANSACTIONS contains the information about the progress of the transactions that the Oracle server is recovering. It also contains information about transactions that the Oracle server has recovered

我看到这个地方有点疑问，这个是用来看恢复情况的，但是如果在恢复的时候，数据库是不能打开的，那么这个视图有什么意义呢？

小弟不明之处，请各位老大指教

可以在mount下查询

Oracle的运行状态有3个
open nomount
open mount
open normal
在transactions recover 时，已经到了open mount状态，可以访问某些v$试图，x$ table等
