IT Technology Specialist
Primary responsibilities:
?
?Coordinate notes application development
?Coach end-user to improve their work productivity with MS Office and other IT tools
?Support on Win2K/XP platform, using MS Office, Lotus Notes, Remote Access, and NetWare
?Support other areas like telephone system, videoconference, asset management etc.
?Provide IT hotline and off-hours support
?Coordinate and deploy effectively corporate IT projects
Expected credentials:
?1-2 years’ notes development experience
?3 years’ PC experience and solid knowledge of MS OS/Office, NetWare and Lotus Notes; Reputable University degree
?Strong service orientation, analytical and interpersonal skills
?Independent and able to work well under stress
?Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
