Key Responsibilities:
? Sound Programming skills in one or more of the technology streams;
? Ability to interpret and code based on defined standards.
? Knowledge of SDLC processes.
? Should have a minimum experience of 3 years or above in Software Engineering Field.
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities would include managing sub-teams in a project or a small project team ,rich experience in team handling.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities would include
? Interfacing with onsite & customer teams on the technical as well as domain issues.
? Leading an onsite/offshore team of around 10 people working on Mainframe Technologies .
? Providing regular status updates to Delivery Manager on project status
