Job Title: Marketing IT Production Support Engineer
Location: Bei Jing
Job description:
The marketing IT production support engineer is accountable for helping global end users with issues when using marketing systems and tools.
Main responsibilities of the production support engineer include
?Migrating Informatica eSite application to current version of Informatica application
?Troubleshooting issues in data sourcing, data extraction and load.
?Building and maintaining data audit and data process monitoring scripts
?Documenting current and implemented data flows and processes.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Required Technical Skills
?Demonstrated development and maintenance experience in ETL tools such as Informatica
?Prior experience using Informatica eSite is highly desirable
?Hands-on experience with scripting languages, such as PERL and UNIX shell languages.
?Strong experience working with Oracle database.
?Hands-on experience with Windows and UNIX operating systems.
Desired Technical Skills
?Exposure to Web Analytics tools such as Omniture, WebsideStory, Visual Sciences, Coremetrics or WebTrends
?Experience in OLAP analytic server administration
Required Non-Technical Skills
?Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot very complex problems
?Candidate must demonstrate capability in quick learning. Can work independently and in a team to complete tasks using judgment and experience. Has the ability to manage multiple activities and priorities, and work well under pressure.
?Read, write and speak fluently in English.
Desired Non-Technical Skills
?BS in computer science or information technology preferred |
