Requirements：
At least 3 year+ software development management experience.
Proficient in C++ and C# or Java; COM experience required
A BS degree or better in Computer Science;
Masters degree preferred.
Fluent in English;
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
Experience in one or more of the following preferred but not required: data warehousing, ETL, Data Quality solutions.
