Responsibilities:

Identify and develop client and candidate relationship in a business environment
?
Independently handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients' needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to match clients' job requirements
?
Achieve sales target by increasing sales revenue from existing clients as well as business opportunities from new potential clients
?
Provide professional and consultative service to both clients and candidates
Requirements:
?
Degree holder in Information Technology or Computing or Business Management
?
Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
?
Driven by exceeding targets and confidence to undertake business development mandate
?
Excellent presentation and influencing skills and be able to provide advice to clients and candidates at all levels
?
Competitive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
?
Detail-oriented, responsible, resourceful, self-motivated and ability to deal with multi-task effectively
?
Fluency in English is essential with proficiency in other foreign language is an advantage
?
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Recruitment trainee or Researcher
?
Fresh graduated will also be considered
