已经购买了oracle 10g，上面有个序列号，但是在https://metalink.oracle.com/上注册不成功。
出现下面的：

The identifier does not exist in the country you indicated
The identifier has expired
The identifier does not have the right service level

metalink上有个Support Identifier ，请问这个和购买时给的序列号是同一个吗？
