SCOPE OF THE ROLE AND BASIC PURPOSE
1.
Provide continuous function (application) consulting service to business
2.
Support SAP implementations, upgrade, modifications, enhancements and maintenance
3.
Troubleshooting and daily system operation support
4.
Knowledge transfer and user training
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS (indicate estimated % of time spent where possible)
1.
70% - Suzhou Business
2.
20% - PANDA Team
3.
10% - MD&D
ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY MEASURES
?
Design, specification, realization, test and implementation of business process & changes
?
Evaluation, test, implementation and verification of change requests
?
Maintain appropriate documentation
?
Monitoring, Analyzing, tuning and optimizing the business processes
?
Diagnose business users’ and system problems, develop solutions and communicate with them effectively
?
Follow IT and compliance process and procedures while working or delivering support solutions
Required Competencies and Skills:
Maintains essential knowledge and skills up to date
Business Expertise / industry knowledge
Process thinking in all actions
Uses logic to effectively address and resolve problems
Ensures that business goals drive technology initiatives and solutions
Effective communication skills to collaborate pro-actively across functions
Quick learning & problem solving skills
Good team player with self-motivation
Good communication and presentation skill.
