错误信：This patch can only be applied to the installed components of ADI version 7.1.1.10.1, or later versions of ADI 7.1 This patch cannot be applied to other ADI Releases.

which ebs version do you use? I think your may use ADI version 7.2.4 and use the patch .

no, your ADI version is too old . your may download other version from metalink.

may be the setupstep is not the ADI setup file ,It must be the upgrade patch ,so if you ADI upgrade patchnot support the setup ADI the warring occur.
