求助！WebSphere 服务的部署

本人刚开始学习WebSphere和Web 服务，但还不会开发，请哪位达人能给我一个开发好的最简单的能部署在Websphere6.0上的.ear文件!谢谢啊

It's not a Web Services application if i am right. And, the complex procedures really make me confused when i deployed this application.

I am really appreciatefor your help! But, i have already got the redbook and the corresponding code. What i actually want is a fully developed Web Services application which is packaged into a .ear format file that can be deployed into the WebShpere Application Server 6.0. I would be appreciate If you got the package. But thank you all the same.
