岗位职责：
1、 制定公司信息技术应用的整体发展策略、部门发展规划和工作计划；
2、 主导信息技术应用项目的立项工作，并监督立项的合理性；
3、 指导并监督IT系统的运行和维护；
4、 督导软件招标、软件开发、软件维护、软件规范和数据库管理等，管理与IT供应商的协调联系工作；
5、 信息系统设备购置的预算、审批工作及相应技术鉴定；
6、 对公司信息系统进行检查：监控公司新建、扩建和电脑系统的升级。
7、 英语优秀
8、 须有保险行业IT管理经验

Lead the IT application projects and ensure the effective control of project implement

Coach and monitor the IT system’s operation and maintenance

Manage the bidding, development, maintenance in terms of software issues as well as filing and database management. Maintain a good communication and coordination with IT outsourcer and provider；

Monitor the IT system purchase and approval of the budget related；
?
Monitor the upgrade of physical IT systems and examination of IT system
?
Good command of English
