Responsibilities:
1、Responsible for project delivery and management
2、Responsible for people Management – staffing, performance management, And development / coaching of team members
3、Responsible for overall motivation and morale of the group
4、Responsible for customer Satisfaction, resource utilization, project profitability and quality and Process management
5、Provides direction for a project team in all the project phases. Closely monitors of critical aspects of project critical paths
Qualifications:
1、Practical knowledge of technology, products and domain areas. 2、Project Management and estimation skills.3、Negotiation skills4、People Management skills.5、Good understanding of the domain to suggest alternatives to customers6、Good understanding of quality and Process frameworks, risk analysis and Mitigation skills7、Team Leadership of 20+ team members.8、Excellent English skills & communication skills.9、5+ years of hands-on experience on Java/J2EE, .Net or Open Source projects.5+ years of project/program management experience10、Oversea experience is an option 11、Experience of managing project in multiple locations.
