W-CDMA OAM S/W Development Engineer
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the design & development for W-CDMA OAM S/W modules like Fault Management, Network Element Configuration, GUI, etc.
- Involved into all stages of the development process (specifications, development, target testing, documentation, support), and interface with other project stakeholders (architects, project managers, integration & design teams)
- Analyze functional requirements and implement new features
- Provide support of developed products throughout the release cycle
- Provide development estimates for release planning and activity planning
- Work with other global Alcatel-Lucent teams as required
- Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is the least, major in computer science.
Optional:
l telecommunication background
l Master degree
l 1-2 years' related working experience
- Strong C++/Java or TCL/Shell script programming skills & experience. OOAD experience is required.
- Fluent in English reading and writing, mid-level English communication skills. CET-6 is preferred
- Self-motivated and autonomous in the work
- Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
- Familiar with s/w development quality processes
- Knowledge of a source management tool (Clearcase, CVS).
- Experience of Unix/Linux development is value-added
- Experience in CORBA programming is value-added.
- Knowledge into telecommunication network is value-added, especially in the domain of W-CDMA network

W-CDMA OAM S/W Verification Engineer
Responsibility:
- Analyze, develop and execute OAM products/releases integration plans
- Identify, investigate, report and follow with design teams all issues raised during tests activities
- Support and knowledge/expertise transfer to operations teams in order to ensure the successful network deployment on customer sites
- Work with other global Alcatel-Lucent teams as required
- Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is the least, major in computer science. Two years in SW development or verification in W-CDMA and/or OAM system is required.
Optional:
l telecommunication background
l Master degree
l 1-2 years' related working experience
- 1 year experience of Unix/Shell programming is required
- Good technical interest, ability to understand complex technical issues, investigation methodology
- Good technical background is preferred: XML, Java, Object oriented DB/Versant, distributed architecture CORBA, TCP-IP, Solaris, Oracle
- Good knowledge on telecom Security / GUI (Graphic User Interface) is preferred
- Fluent in English reading and writing, mid-level English communication skills. CET-6 is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills, communication, team work
- Self-motivated and autonomous in the work
- Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
- General level knowledge of telecom networks is value-added
- Experience in the telecom industry or s/w development company is desirable.

W-CDMA OAM S/W Load Build Engineer
Responsibility:
- Responsible for the load build infrastructure/architect set-up, maintenance and support for W-CDMA OAM S/W modules like Fault Management, Network Element Configuration, GUI, etc.
- Involved into all stages of the development process, and interface with other project stakeholders (architects, project managers, integration & design teams)
- Provide support of developed products throughout the release cycle
- Work with other global Alcatel-Lucent teams as required
- Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree is the least, major in computer science, telecommunication is preferred. Master degree is preferred. 1-2 years' related working experience at the minimum
- Experience on load build infrastructure/architect
- Experience on load build and compilation tools, included but not limited to C++/JAVA in Unix environment
- Strong knowledge on SCM tools, e.g. clearcase
- Strong in script programming, like shell programming, TCL
- C++/Java programming skill is preferred.
- Familiar with s/w development quality processes
- Knowledge into telecommunication network is preferred, especially in the domain of W-CDMA network
- Fluent in English reading and writing, mid-level English communication skills. CET-6 is preferred
- Self-motivated and autonomous in the work
- Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the team’s success
