Job Description :
? Leading application development with Java/J2EE platform.
? Work with other senior consultants in determining project scope, deliverables, time and fee estimates
? Analysis the business requirement.
? Design, develop and maintain solution applications
? Identify and implement appropriate 3rd party software/frameworks including open source.
? Work also includes enhance, document, test, and support software systems
Job Requirement: Education Requirements
B.S or M.S or above Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Experience Requirements
Above 7 years IT experience, at least 2 years in J2EE solution architect experience.
Have good understanding to project management methodology. PM/PL experience is strong plus. The position focuses on requirement analysis, system design, implementation and testing.

? JAVA/J2EE: JSP/Servlet, EJB, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JAAS
? Familiar with OO analysis and UML design, use related tools, such as together, rational rose
? J2EE Design Pattern, apply the patterns into design/develop
? Framework: Spring, Struts, Hibernate or IBatis
? Database: make suitable DB Schema for MySQL or Oracle.
? IDE: Eclipse, Subversion or CVS, etc
? Application Servers, any of: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss. Having experience installing and deploying new applications to the environment.
Optional skill:
? Build Tool: Maven
? Third Party Library: Quartz, Acegi, jBPM, etc
? XML Skills: XML Schemas, XSDs, XSL, XPath, writing DOM / SAX parsers, JDOM.
? SOA & EAI & WebService: SOAP, UDDI, RosettaNet, etc
? Portal, any of: Portlet development, JSR-168, page flows, WebLogic Portal, WebSphere Portal, Liferay, Jetspeed2.
? OS, any of : UNIX, Linux, Solaris, etc
? Strong English Communication (oral and written).
? Understanding of SCM domain is a plus.
