Job Responsibilities
Example:
Technical Support of Lotus Notes Domino Server and Client for Lenovo account.
?
Manage day-to-day Domino 2nd level user support. Ensure primary production support procedures and change control procedures.
?
Familliar with adminp process, access control lists (ACLs), replication and other domino related procedures.
?
Indept knowledge of the Names and Address book - various views , agents and processes
?
Automate day-to-day administration through agents, functions and lotusscript
?
Manage software upgrades of Domino servers
?
Manage software distribution of Lotus Notes client, including the plan to rollout to upgraded versions of the client.
?
Document all system designs and maintain documentation after all changes.
?
Implement any security standards that are required to ensure platform is secured (GSD331)
?
Support SMTP services (running on sendmail function)on the SMTP servers
?
Submit RCA reports and close remedy tickets
?
Produce monthly SLA reports to customers
?
Maintain Trend-Micro anti-virus software and Sherpa Mail Attender software
?
Provide Level-2 support to Helpdesk for client related issues
?
Create, amend, delete user-id
?
Implement AD-Sync to automatically create, delete and amend user-id
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Example:
Can speak and write English and Mandarin (explain technical issues)
Responsible and committed
Knowledgeable in Domino and AIX (including sendmail function inside AIX v5.3)
Had previous experience in supporting Domino accounts on AIX & Domino platform
12 hr shift. May have to work on Argentina holiday if call upon
Qualifications (Education/Major/Certificates)
Example:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other related major (Not a must).
