ECM在国内本来就很少有人接触，Filenet在国内除了外资金融行业其他行业应用更是少了，找做过Filenet开发的人简直大海捞针，如果找java开发了解Filenet的我还可以试试，哈哈

1.BSEE or BSCE or BSCS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- 2D graphics knowledge with programming experience
