配置informatica powercenter 8.5 的Repository Service出现错误,求助!

我登陆PowerCenter Administration Console,然后使用配置助手创建Repository Service 和Integration Service ,设置好了所有的参数,但是点击"next"后出现错误,
页面如下:

The Repository Service was created, but the following error occurred while attempting to create the content. Error - The Repository Service [my3_rs] is enabled but inactive.
请问这是怎么回事啊,有PowerCenter 高手给指教一下吗?多谢了!

登陆admin console看一下状态，把错误日志贴出来

connect string输入有错：应该是
服务器IP@数据库名或者是TNS。有点忘了，你test下

你可以看一下log，很大的可能是因为你选择的code page和数据库的不匹配造成的
