CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
·
SAP Finance and Control Management process functional support on process changes, enhancements and deployment of new functionality.
·
Analyze, designs, develops, enhances, and implements SAP systems with emphasis in supporting FI/CO operations.
·
Guiding, supporting and mentoring of system development, customization/configuration and transferring process knowledge to team members including suppliers.
·
Becomes/ recognized as an expert supporting the SAP ERP FI and CO needs.
·
Establish best practice, effectively deliver business solutions, and ensure global process consistency.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Provide guidance on ERP FI/CO module customization based on best practices.
·
Provide support for FI/CO projects including; month end closing, process enhancement, on-going R/3 implementation, etc.
·
Participates in project planning sessions with customers, suppliers, and team members to review and refine business requirements, and assess feasibility of the solution or system enhancements.
·
Defines and designs new systems, modifications, and interfaces.
·
Writes design specifications and functional specification by working with suppliers.
·
Coordinates to develop and integrate systems per written specifications.
·
Makes complex modifications to existing systems and SAP modules in accordance to written specifications and industry standards.
·
Facilitates or participates in regular project status meetings and reports status to management.
·
Maintaining open communication with project team, customers, and when applicable, external vendors.
·
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with external vendors providing projects or services utilized by the organization.
·
Tests and implements systems that have been developed or modified, ensuring the solution meets the needs of the customer and business.
·
Provides recommendations on how to integrate hardware and software solutions.
·
Working with maintenance and support team to provide ongoing maintenance of systems/applications.
·
Creates and manages system documentation for those systems developed or modified.
·
Integrates new technology and makes recommendations on how it can be used.

9. Must have experience in SAP FI/CO applications and possesses strong knowledge in; Organization structure design, GL posting, opening/closing balance, special purpose ledger, bank interface, credit management
