Job Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for new business development activity, ensuring achievement of the sales targets.
2. Manage and coordinate the business development activities
3. Drive the development of new accounts from initial contact with prospects to successful conversion of prospect to customer.
Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years working experience in Business Development/Sales in the IT industry.
2. Ability to reach out to and influence Senior Decision Makers
3. Ambitious & focussed "Go-Getter" with a successful track record and aspirations to grow rapidly within the organisation.
4. Creativity & innovation with ability to act proactively and find solutions to challenges
5. Experience in managing the entire sales process
6. Have an established network of contacts which can be built on
7. Good Communication, interpersonal & presentation skills. Excellent Team player with ability to work under pressure.
8. Billingual - with Excellent Oral & Written English & Chinese
