Responsibility:
- Onsite in Nokia’s premises to provide timely response to Nokia
- Managing operational requests and information queries from Nokia business users
- Managing deliverables for completeness and quality
- Providing functional and system guidance and direction to Nokia business users
- Providing guidance to service team proves to Nokia business users
- Enforcing the support process and providing enhancements
- Coordinating meetings and discussions regarding defect fix and requirement clarification activities for change requests
- Managing changes to commitments/requirements
- Analyzing and interpreting metrics and using them to make needed plan and process changes on the project
- Preparing weekly and monthly project status reports – operational requests
- Resolving issues and/or escalating issues to the appropriate level to be resolved
- Ensuring that operational request metrics are collected and kept up to date, and reporting monthly project metrics to the unit lead as well as to any other required organizational group
Soft Skill required:
- Good communication skill, in both English and Mandarian (Oral and Writting)
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Prioritization skills
- Process driven mind-set
- And in good flexibility attitude on supporting client business requirements
