Job Overview
This position is for a CRM Systems Support Analyst working for Fidelity’s implementation of the Salesforce Client Relationship Management application. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day support and running of Salesforce as well as involvement in the design, customisation and configuring of enhancements, in conjunction with Systems colleagues and internal Business Analysts in Asia.

2.Senior Software Engineer (Oracle)
Job Description
The position is for an experienced Oracle senior developer/specialist. The candidate should be expert in defining database design and defining database objects (Tables, Views, constraints, Triggers etc). The candidate should also be expert in developing PL/SQL based procedures implementing complex business logic. The role requires detailed understanding of Oracle database integration with front-end J2EE based applications and reporting tools like Hyperion Interactive Reporting and Actuate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance of Oracle based back-end code and reports, which would involve interaction with the business and system analysts for understanding the requirements followed by design, development and unit testing of the software. The candidate is expected to lead a team of developers with complete ownership of delivery of small-to-medium scale projects.
The candidate is expected to display professional ethics in his/her approach to work and exhibit a high level ownership within a demanding working environment.

Job Description
The position is for an experienced report developer/specialist in Hyperion Interactive Reporting or Actuate within the systems team at Fidelity Dalian. The role is to lead report design and development as well as integration of reports with J2EE application using Hyperion Intercative Reporting tools of Actuate, using the Fidelity defined software development methodologies (FSDM). A good knowledge on Oracle is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development and maintenance of reports within an application which would involve interaction with the business and system analysts for understanding the requirements followed by design, development and unit testing of the software.

Asia Pacific Finance currently has a number of Oracle Hyperion projects running in the region.The most widely used tool currently, is Hyperion Essbase.This tool is developed and maintained by Finance staff.This development and maintenance needs to move to Dalian and it will be this person’s role to learn the tools and be able to support the finance team.There will also be a number of new projects started in early 2009 and this role will require the person to quickly come up to speed with understanding Finance processes and be able to implement these in the Essbase/Oracle environment.

Maintenance of existing Hyperion Essbase cubes – includes hierarchy changes and formula updates

Data loads during Month End Process

Improving current month end data load and hierarchy maintenance processes
