Unix/Linux Server Administration including:
Five years experience in working in a large-scale environment.

Programming Skills – Clearcase admin must support and give guidance to programmers, so C, makefile, and shell programming
Performance Tuning - Performance tuning requires an understanding of not only
Clearcase but the Solaris operating as well. Solaris performance tuning necessary
Clearcase Administration and Clearcase multisite administration in a global UNIX environment
Rational DDTS administration
supporting clearcase in a Windows environment
Unix system admin
Linux Redhat admin

Essential Technical Knowledge
4-5 years of experience in SAN/NAS Administration.
Highly proficient in Administration and support of EMC DMX, Clariion, Celerra, Centerra and other storage platforms.
Knowledgeable in concepts and detailed functionality of TimeFinder, Clones, BCVs, SRDF/A, SRDF/AR and SRDF/Star.
Experienced in UNIX shell scriptng involving Storage replication functionality (TimeFinder/Clones/BCVs and SRDF)
Excellent knoweldge of EMC Controlcenter, Solutions Enabler, Powerpath, Navisphere and Netapp SANscreen.
Highly experienced in managing SAN switches including Cisco, Brocade and McData.
Good working knowledge of UNIX and Windows Administration, Veritas Volume Manager and Cluster environments.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to document new processes/procedures.
Essential Education
Desired education/certifications including:
Current EMC Certification: EMC Proven Professional Associate as well as Specialist in Business Continuity.
Additional certification -Cisco Storage Networking Solutions Support Specialist would be a plus.

Midrange SME (Unix & Windows)—天津
a) Overall knowledge of all UNIX, Linux and Window Operating Systems including Citrix.
b) Overall knowledge of all HP, SUN, Dell, IBM, etc... hardware systems and configurations.
c) Overall knowledge of SLA Classes in order to solution the right Operating System and hardware.
d) Overall knowledge of Server Network configurations
e) Overall knowledge of CSC financial requirements for Midrange servers and storage, needed in order to complete the CEW and Work Order
f) Overall knowledge of the ICSR process and tools including the TES Code process.
g) Experience in System Administration for the following:
g.1) Solution complex requests
g.2) Determine additional labor hours over and above the labor Standard Work Packages.
g.3) Determine all the LOS teams that will be needed in a request.
h) Experience in Project Management for the following:
h.1) Negotiate completion dates with the customer
h.2) Manage the different CSC teams needed in the solution phase.

Service Reporting Engineer(Helpdesk)—天津
Role Description:
Reports to Service Assurance Team Lead and performs Level 3/4/5 Support Activities like creating/Modifying/deactivating accounts for the RAS token users.
Base-Line Support Activities like Capacity/Network performance Reports Generation for multiple customers.
Skill-set Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Science Preferably or 2 + years of prior work experience in the similar stream.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Microsoft offices applications.

10.
Queue Management Engineer(Helpdesk)—天津
Role Description:
Accepting calls/messages and assigned tickets from Queue Coordinators
Working assigned tickets through to resolution
Regularly updating tickets to demonstrate actions taken throughout incident lifecycle
Where possible, entering a reason for problem/incident in the closing statement within the Resolved ticket.
Monitoring queues for incoming change orders from the Service Desk during Australian Business hours as per Team Roster
Allocation of change orders/work requests to Service Technicians
Escalating issues where appropriate
Ensure tickets flow through all appropriate Status as per Core Process and Flowcharts
Maintaining ownership/stewardship of tickets (not the resolution of the tickets)
logging comments to demonstrate every action taken in relation to the ticket
Following up on tickets which appear unassigned, not actioned or about to exceed SLA
maintain a basic understanding our Customer’s contracted Service entitlements
Maintain close working relationship between Queue Co-Ordinators, Technicians/Support Teams and Team Leaders
communicating in real time with other team members, with a preference to Voice communication
Maintain awareness of activities, projects and changes that could impact services with a view to catching potential problems before they arise
Producing & distributing a daily reports such as the Milestone or Open Tickets
Skill-set Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Science Preferably or 2 + years of prior work experience in the similar stream.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Microsoft offices applications.
Proactive in approach
Background on Data and Voice Networks.
