TOOLS & METHOD
(Technician, Engineer)
MISSION & RESPONSABILITIES:
-Design, deployment and maintenance of the R&D Network(Internet and Intranet)infrastructure, including some network services(eg. TFTP, DHCP,NAT)
-Design, deployment and maintenance of the R&D Windows domain environment and its services, including windows applications support to end users
-Define and implement (coaching and support) the software methods, process and tools needed to our Hardware team:
?Maintain the hardware development tools (Mentor Board Station, DMS) based on Unix
?Deploy and maintain the new hardware development tool (Dxdesigner) based on Unix
?Administrate the users and groups of hardware development Tools users
?Helpdesk for DA/BA (Board Station) and Dxdesigner schematic users
?Support for DMS librarian,Agile
?Capability to work with Global team or Tools providers(Mentor...),PCB subcontractor(Accton),ASB CCC
-Server Room UPS management
-Helpdesk support to all Shanghai Center end users
-Help ISIT team on the equipment management and assets library management
-Ensure the technology watch in the relevant domains
NEEDED DEGREE/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
-Senior Engineer skilled in ISIT administrative technologies, with a strong experience in technologies implementation
-Demonstrated strong IT problem solving skills
-Ability to understand complex relationships between components of a multi-tiered, distributed applications
Competence Center knowledge:
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
A/Level 3, 2Y+:
-General: Strong knowledge in IT security, including network security, system security and data security
-Network: Strong knowledge of TCP/IP network(wired and wireless) and its design, implementation and management(switch, router), Working experience with network equipments is mandatory
-Windows: Strong Windows OS (server 2003, XP) and Domain knowledge(server 2003, XP, Vista)and Microsoft applications administrative knowledge and experience, familiarity with other MS products (MS Project, Exchange, SQL) will be a plus
C/Level 2, 1Y+:
-Software Tools/Methodology for Hardware:
-Basic knowledge of hardware manufacture process and technology
-Basic knowledge of schematic (Mentor or Cadence or Protel)
-Working knowledge of Unix users and groups administration
-Working knowledge of Hardware development tool (Mentor Board Station, DMS, DxDesigner).
-Knowledge of DMS library structure.
-Experience of secondary development of tools based on Unix
-Unix and Unix-like operating system knowledge
-Programming capability in one or several script languages (Perl, Python, Shell)
K/Level 2, 1Y:
-Knowledge and experience in computer room design and management
