职位描述：
1. 负责大型网络广告平台的界面开发与单元测试。
2. 编写相关的技术文档。
招聘要求：
1. 3年以上PHP开发经验。具有网络广告平台开发经验者优先。
2. 熟悉基于PHP Web开发及相关技术，熟悉XHTML、CSS、JavaScript、Ajax、XML等。具有Java开发经验者优先。
3. 熟悉Smarty、Symfony、CakePHP或Zend等框架之一者优先。
4. 熟悉MySQL数据库开发，了解MySQL管理及配置。
5. 熟悉Apache配置管理与性能优化。
6. 熟悉Linux操作系统，能在Linux桌面环境下进行开发。
7. 熟悉常用的设计模式、熟悉UML者优先。
8. 具有优良的团队精神与良好的沟通能力，具备优良的学习能力与创新精神。
