1.A Degree/Diploma in Computer & Information Science or Equivalent in Job Experience .
2. 2 or 3 years experience in software development and/or web applications development.
3.>2 years in IAM(Identity and Access Management) solution based on TivoliIAM(Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Access manager) or Oracle IAM (Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access manager) or CA SiteMinder or Sun IAM(Sun Java Identity Manager, Sun Java Access Manager) or BMC Identity Management Suite, mainly working for business Analysis and solution architecture .
4. Be familiar with LDAP, and one instance of LDAP, like IBM Tivoli Directory Server, Sun Java Directory Server or Oracle Internal Directory.
5. Ability to scope, plan and budget project, incorporating crucial details such as risk management.
6.Good communication and business requirements understanding skills.
7. Good expertise in solutions development lifecycles, frameworks and methodologies.
8. Knowledge of industry-standard application architectures, design patterns and IAM technology standards is a plus.
9. Fluent English required
