Position 1: Build Engineer (Department: Architect)
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintenance of build automation and Version Control application, scripts and tools.Perform build and packaging of Software artifacts (source code, db changes,etc) to various environment (SIT, UAT, Production)Evaluate and/or develop new tools and features to improve the build process and productivity based on the Software Configuration Management best practices Responsible for SIT Deployment and maintaining SIT and DEV EnvironmentInteract with stakeholders in Development teams to seek automation opportunities and understand new automation requirements.Acquire application-specific knowledge from the Development team for build, packaging and deployment.
Education & ExperienceDegree or DiplomaGood knowledge of Software Configuration Management and Software Development Life CycleHaving hands-on experience on the usage of any build tools (e.g: cruisecontrol, hudson) and any SCM/Version Control tools (e.g: SVN, CVS,VSS).
Skills, Knowledge & AbilitiesFamiliarity with source code tools/process, and other common development activities (e.g : bug tracking, code review)Having experience in the web-based software development using either J2EE or C# (.NET) is highly advantageousKnowledge of any scripting languages is highly advantageous (e.g: Ant, NAnt)Knowledge of SQL Server or Oracle DBMS is highly advantageousHighly motivated, creative, fast learner and flexible to the demands of the job
Position 2: Process Architect (Department: QA)
Position Summary
To analyse and improve product development process, methodologies and techniques so as to improve delivery time and product quality.
Key Accountability AreasTo analyse and identify software development process weakness so as to define and implement a set of process/method/technology and improve itTo perform coaching and pair-development so as to be able to knowledge transfer proper development process and methods to developers.To perform code analysis from performance, reliability and maintainability, and provide advice to developers to improve code quality
Job ResponsibilitiesTo constantly research on development methodologies To constantly research on design patterns and good coding practicesTo work closely with architect team members to ensure improve programs meet business needsTo raise the awareness of good coding practice to improve quality of product
Education & ExperienceDegree HolderMinimum 8 years of development experienceAbility to speak and write English well

Position 3: IT Consultant - WPF (Department: Product)
Position Summary
To perform software development activities to deliver systems that meet/exceed expectations in terms of adherence to requirements, quality, timeliness, & completeness
Job ResponsibilitiesTo assist Project Manager in project timeline estimation to predict accurate delivery of deliverables.To assist Project Manager in work package/component system design to ensure quality metrics are met in terms of maintainability, reliability, scalability and resilience.To perform coding, testing and documentation in line with user & system requirements to deliver source code, documents and test scripts that meet clients’ needs.To perform 3rd level support in and after office hours to ensure fastest possible recovery to service.To constantly keep up-to-date in technological advancement and patterns to ensure skillset are relevant and ability to develop better quality products.To work closely with Project Manager to highlight any unplanned utilization pattern of self – this may include both under or over-utilizationTo constantly update project plan to allow proper tracking of project status.To ensure and protect company intellectual property(e.g. source code, documentation, etc)
Education & ExperienceDiploma or Degree Holder – in Computer Science / Information Systems (or equivalent) from renowned tertiary institutions, with good results preferredCertification in the relevant technologies and skill-sets is a plusMinimum 2 years application development experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities WPF, C#, .Net framework v3.5Design concepts using UML, ER/EER, design patterns, OOADDesired skill: SilverLight v2, LINQ, Prism v2, WCF.
