A background in science/engineering
At least 2 years commercial software experience on a Windows platform.
Has good C# .NET skills with ADO.NET experience.
Preferably good C++ with COM/MFC/ATL/STL skills
Understands and can read UML notation
General
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Computer literate.
Able to engage and work closely with members of a cross-functional team.
Self-motivated, showing initiative, attention to detail, and bias for action.
