Title: Architecture Consultant (Finance industry)
Location: Beijing

The Architecture Consultant brings specific technical knowledge and applies it to the solution development for a specific customer. The Architecture Consultant will participate in the design and development of a technical architecture that will be aligned with the client’s business objectives. The Architecture Consultant defines a target goal state and the requirements from the current environment to achieve the goal state. This role will combine technical ability, business acumen, and an excellent understanding of industry standards and technology trends. The Architecture Consultant will be an integral team member, build relationships with clients (both business and IT), and demonstrate architecture concepts and details. The Architecture Consultant may be the Lead Consultant on a project.
Key Areas of Responsibility

Understand the client’s business goals, IT plans, and architectures and articulate linkage to the proposed data warehouse architecture and application designs.

Design and develop the architecture, roadmap, and standards for the enterprise data warehouse that will align with the customer business and IT objectives.

Position Description
The Business Consultant leverages knowledge and contacts within the insurance industry, to promote sales of business and technology solutions.The Business Consultant has broad knowledge of the insurance and specific, in-depth expertise in a particular segment or functional area of that industry, such as risk management, operation management and marketing management.The Business Consultant articulates industry vision and trends, and provides industry knowledge to marketing and sales support activities.The Business Consultant establishes or enhances executive level relationships, provides subject matter expertise on engagements and identifies new target opportunities emerging within the industry.The IC will be expected to deliver high level, customer billable consulting to our targeted accounts and oversee the development of the customer engagement model for additional services.In addition, the IC plays an active role in pre- and post-sale activity, ensuring a long-term partnership with customers.

Technology Experience:Background or experience helping customers leverage their customer information in Data Warehousing or Call Center.

Role Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and directing projects for a data warehouse or to implement a solution meeting agreed client requirements and expected business results. The Project Manager may lead a single project or oversee multiple smaller sub-projects. The Project Manager manages employees and third party contractors to ensure projects meet established time, cost, technical, and quality objectives. The Project Manager supports projects beginning in the pre-contract sales process and will manage them through closeout. The Project Manager may be supported by additional Project Managers, and/or technical leaders.

Lead the scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of consulting projects. Solution Architect For Financial Services Industry

Position Description
The Solution Architect supports both the pre and post sales efforts. This includes analyzing a customer’s business and technical requirements and taking the lead in translating those requirements and strategies into feasible products, solutions, and services. The consultant will thoroughly understand the client’s information technology infrastructure and serve as the key link between business needs and technology enablers. Analytic Modeler(数据挖掘和分析顾问)(Banking and Telecom)
Location:Shanghai and Guangzhou
The Analytic Modeler is responsible for advanced analytics on data from the data warehouse, usually associated with data mining or statistical analysis. This often involves assembling and preparing the data as well as executing actual analysis. The modeler will have a strong analytic background, typically in mathematics and the application of statistics. The Analytic Modeler will develop both descriptive and predictive analysis using techniques such as linear and logistic regression, decision tress, clustering, and others. These techniques are used to detect patterns in large volumes of data for applications, such as forecasting, response modeling, fraud detection, and segmentation. The analysis are often but not always related to CRM projects. Industry specific methods and solutions are used to solve industry specific tasks. Strong communication skills to convey complex analytical results to business sponsors of programs are a plus. Tools often used include Warehouse Miner, SAS, SPSS, and KXEN. The Analytic Modeler will have familiarity with one or more of these tools. The Analytic Modeler may be the Lead Consultant on a project.
