Description
Responsibility:

Technical support in productions independently by coordinating with Onsite, Offshore, end users and Customers
?
Provide resolution of technical problems for customers and work closely with IT management for in-time feedback and technical support
?
Successfully troubleshoot and provide resolutions for any and all problems assigned to you
?
Root Cause analysis work with other teams and staff to identify root cause of problems and make recommendations on how to stop repeat issues.
?
Proactive work in maintaining, tracking, improving responsible area in the R&D IT-environments
Qualifications for IBM Rational Applications support
-
2+ years of administrator experience in IBM/Rational ClearQuest and IBM/Rational RoseRT UTS
-
Unix expertise
-
Having experience in integration with IBM/ClearCase is a plus
-
Fluent in English both spoken and writing

Team player, but able to function as standalone

End user/Customer-interfacing experience and proven skills in problem-solving/trouble-shooting in IT environments.
