Job Description
Be responsible for product promotion, channel development, controlling and implementing medium or large projects of structure cabling system in East Region.
Enhance product/solution’s influence and penetration through channel /partner identification and overall market coverage.
Work closely with partners or directly manage to win medium or large cabling projects.
Exceed or meet sales target in the assigned accounts

Good channel management and development capability to identify and develop ideal partners.

Outstanding sales skills to establish and maintain good relationship with end user

Good communication and persuasive skills (written and oral)

Excellent presentation skills and consultative selling capability
?
Good understanding of product solution selling

Good time management to handle multiple target customers/projects
?
Responsible, proactive, independent, creative, and strategy planning
?
Team spirit
?
Self study in products and technologies
?
At least bachelor’s (undergraduate) degree
?
At least 5 years of sales experience in cabling system, building automation or IT network industries
?
Fluent in English, both oral and written
?
Be able to travel
