I need 2-3 experienced incident/problem/Change managers located in Shanghai and beijing.
I ever worked with HR to get some candiates but feel those are not very qulified to meet my requirement.

1. Manage critical outsourcing accounts' incident, problem and change management operationin china.
2. Deploy and optimize incident/problem and change management , Configuration management(Optional)process/detail procedures
3. Collabrate with global teams and Asia Pacific team to understand and execute strategic and tactical service management related initiatives
4. Build and Lead taskforce team including application, OS, DB, LAN/WAN, helpdesk/service desk to handling very high serverity incidents to limit the negative business impact and proect our service image.
5. Train next gengeration experts of service management.
Requirement:
1. Passion to drive for better quality, better result, Process oriented
2. sound technical skill in one of following fields, OS(Unix, Wintel) , DB (Oracle, DB2) , LAN or WAN,Business application such as SAP or Oracle
3. English language skill to work with multi-national teams
4. ITIL V2 /V3 fundemental at least
5. Very good communication skillwith external clients and internal departments
6. 3yrs Working experience at least
