1. Quality Engineer - Installer
The Quality Engineering team at Red Hat is looking for engineers to search for, analyze, report, track defects and verify bug fixes in Red Hat Installer (anaconda). Responsibilities include developing test scripts for automated testing, executing test cases, debugging software problems, and operating automated test tools.
Job requirements:
- College or Master degree in a technical field and/or relevant experience.
- Strong skills and background in Linux.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical skills.
- Experience in developing software using Bash or Python or a similar scripting language.
- Intermediate written and spoken English skills.
- Must be a flexible self-starter who can come up to speed quickly with new technologies and can adapt to a growing and evolving team.
- Strong passion and desire for testing and examining how things work internally.

2. Quality Engineer - Fedora Testing Automation
The Fedora QA team is responsible for the quality of the Fedora project. In order to meet this goal, the team must build and maintain a community of transparent collaboration, identify and remove of barriers to participation, and develop/maintain testing tools and processes.
The team is looking for qualified individuals who can improve Fedora by building an automated Fedora installer test suite.In addition to working with some of the latest open-source software and technology, the role will offer experience with python programming, virtualization using KVM/libvirt, the Fedora system installation process and test automation.
Responsibilities :
* Design, develop and maintain automated test tools to test the Fedora installer
* Active participation in the Fedora QA and development community
* Develop test documentation to help spread understanding of tools/process
* Participate in community test runs providing and diagnosing test results
Required Skills :
* Open-source community involvement
* Working knowledge of python and bash
* Understanding of quality assurance and software testing methodology
* Demonstrated experience developing software test automation
* Self-motivated and disciplined working in a geographically distributed team
* System administration experience, RHCE or RHCT a plus!
* Motivated, positive attitude and an interest in making a difference

3. Kernel Quality Engineer - Storage
The Quality Engineering team at Red Hat is looking for engineers to search for, analyze, report, track defects and verify bug fixes in the kernel storage subsystem. We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong technical skills . Our team culture encourages you to come up with innovative solutions to problems, as well as offering you the opportunity to work with best and brightest engineers in the open source industry. You must be a flexible self-starter who can come up to speed quickly with new technologies and can adapt to a growing and evolving team.Ideal candidates will have a passion and desire for testing and examining how things work internally.
Responsibilities include developing test scripts for automated testing, executing test cases, debugging software problems, and operating automated test tools.
Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience is required
- University degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field or relevant professional experience
- Creative approach to complex problem solving
- Intermediate written and spoken English skills
- Strong skills and background in Linux
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical skills.
- Experience in developing software using Perl or Python or a similar scripting language
- Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team
- Experience in software test planning, test design, test script automation, and documentation

4. Kernel Quality Engineer - Network
Job description:
The Quality Engineering team at Red Hat is looking for engineers to search for, analyze, report, track defects and verify bug fixes in the Linux kernel network code. Responsibilities include developing test cases, testing network bugs, debugging software problems for linux kernel network.
Job requirements:
College or Master degree.
Strong skills and background in Linux.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical skills.
Familiar with C/shell programming.
Intermediate written and spoken English skills.
Proficient knowledge in network protocol.
Familiar with most popular network configuration.

Job description:
The Quality Engineering team at Red Hat is looking for engineers to test Linux file system(ext3,ext4,xfs,btrfs,etc). Responsibilities mainly include developing file system test cases, testing file system bugs, debugging linux kernel file system related issues.
Job requirements:
College or Master degree.
Strong skills and background in Linux.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical skills.
Familiar with common file system operations.
Knowledge in important file system concepts.
Familiar with C/shell programming.
Interested in testing.
Intermediate written and spoken English skills.
