dg切换时要求的临时文件是os的临时文件吗？在这里是做什么用的？

不是，是temporary file in temporary tablespace..

是临时表空间的

因为rman 迁移standby的时候 temp文件是不被复制过去的
因此一旦切换standby 到primary时候就要确保临时文件生效这样业务才不受到影响
