Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for target prospects in China
?
Develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives
?
Be responsible and accountable for the respective P&L(s)
?
Identify customer-specific pain points or disadvantages and create new opportunities.
?
Maintain the CRM reporting system, commission plan and targets. Measure, analyze and report activities and results of the team(s).
?
Lead the sales project and negotiations for deals within own specific area (being “opportunity owner”), in coordination with delivery.
?
Develop close relationships with Global Account Managers and deal support teams.
?
Manage relationship to customers and related delivery department. Securing involvement of Delivery in sales process.
?
Work with the management team in the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring of company strategies and plans.
?
Work closely with the respective sales support, service management and delivery teams to develop solutions for potential and existing customers.
?
Ensure the accounts development over time and becomes/continues to be a strategic partner in respect of ICT/TC services.
?
Contribute to the development, comply with and promote company policies and procedures within the team(s) as required.
