控制试用期员工只能申请一天有薪病假

Hello guys
I wonder whether you can help me on the following problem:
The client now giving all employees 12 days of paid sick leave, but to those who are in probation period, the client want they can only be applyonedayfor each month, others can applyall 12 days in a roll.Employees in probation period are marked by info type 0019, usingtask type “Expiry of probation”. I don't know whether this can be controlled by SAP time management. What is your opinion?Thanks.

没发现什么好办法,
User Exit做个验证,
或者改一改quota generation rule,试用期Sick leave quota每月加一天。

如果试用期有多个月, QUOTA越累积越多, 员工还是可以后来的月休>一天.
还是UserExit好控制一些.
