Responsibilities:
? Support the ORACLE user in the efficient operation of Oracle modules currently running in China
? Provide training to local super user and support them during training delivery to end-users.
? Participate in the testing cycles.
? Document issues and contribute to their resolution
? Participate in the evaluation, setup and testing of new functionalities.
? Participate in the development and maintenance of training materials and test documentation.
? Participate in the development of implementation tools (i.e. data loaders)
Profile:
? Minimum two years experience in implementing / supporting Oracle eBusiness suite modules or similar experience in supporting /training the user in the usage of the other ERP software
? Inspection/Testing industry knowledge is preferable.
? Documentation skill in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work with people of different cultural background
? Flexibility (traveling / working hours)
? Team oriented
? Creative, capacity to think out of the box
? Continuous Improvement focus
? Ability to work independently; Organized and rigorous.
? Work well under pressure.
? Good comment in English for speaking and writing.
? Ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies
? Knowledge of / experience with process re-engineering or oracle eBusiness suite.
