Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the sales team to deliver Integrity, Quantum, or AvantGard receivables selling activities.
Explore, develop & identify new markets
Review market potential, set objectives and Generate new business through cold calling of new prospect in the assigned territory / accounts
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships within the territory
Deliver formal proposals to customers.
Provide answer to prospect RFP.
Perform product demonstration.
Negotiate and complete contract signature.
Liaise with the customers during/after the implementation of the projects.
Establish good relationship and follow up with the customers after the implementation.
Liaise with internal departments such as Pre-sales, Technical Account Manager, Project Manager, Developers and Accounting Department, to assist customers to resolve outstanding issues.
Liaise with product managers to organize meetings and marketing events in the assigned territory.
Participate with marketing department (corporate and local) to collaborate on marketing actions and events.

Essential Experience Required;
